About

Toni Conway grew up in Wisconsin and was first introduced to Wisconsin's own Frank Lloyd Wright at an early through the school system. She always appreciated the effortless blending of nature and lines in his work, especially given how far ahead of his time he was. He was a true champion of his practice. Her love for true craftsmanship started from visiting family and friends after attending Mass in Milwaukee's Lower East Side where the prominent Italian community subsided in American turn of the century homes...and of course hot ham and rolls on Sunday from Sciortino's and Glorioso's.     

Toni began her career in the field working at area horse barns across Washtenaw County and in the state of Iowa. After choosing to pursue a degree in Construction Management over becoming an electrician, she partnered with The Right Home Company in 2024.

Toni brings experience in making sure the specifics of the project come together seamlessly through open communication and meticulous attention to detail. Her passion lies in continuing to learn building science and finding ways to make projects run more efficiently.  She is always chasing ways to bridge the gap between design and construction and simplifying the process. She cherishes collaborative efforts amongst both clients and industry experts. Toni is working towards becoming a LEED Green Associate.​
